• How to Order

We offer two ways of ordering. The first is to call our us toll free between the hours of 9-5 CST Monday through Friday. If we are not in the office during these times please leave a message. Please do not call after hours or on weekends. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

The second way to order is through PayPal, we utilize a PayPal shopping cart so that you can add order the plan that you desire and add additional plans or mirror a plan. PayPal is considered to be a safe and secure way of taking credit card payments online.

• What do you get?

When you order a set of blacklines or a set of reproducible vellums you get the following:

• 6 sets of blacklines or 1 set of reproducible vellums
• 11" x 17" reductions (1 set)
• Elevations (all 4)
• Cabinet detail
• Floor plan
• Monolithic slab foundation plan
• Mechanical plan
• Roof plan

When you order a Review Set you get four elevations and a detailed floor plan.

• Review Set

The cost of a Review Set can be applied to the cost of the plan within 90 days of purchase. Each Review Set cost $125.00. If you like the plans and want to order the blueprints or vellum then $125.00 will be deducted from the cost at that point. You must call us at 1-888-756-9023 when you decide to have this done.

• Mirrored Plans

A mirrored plan is a reverse image. You might like a particular house plan but want to have everything reversed. To mirror a plan cost $50.00. Our mirrored plans read correctly, the text is not reversed.
