• Can I make changes to one of the house plans on your website?

The house plans we offer through our website are stock house plans. We do not offer changes on them over the internet.
However, if you desire modifications or a completely new home design you can make an appointment to come into our Baton Rouge office.

• How many blueprints do I need?

The number of blueprints you need will vary depending on your situation, you can find some guidelines here.

• Do you have a catalog?

No, we do not offer a catalog. We have over 2000 stock house plans, however we do not have them all cleaned up for uploading to the web or for putting into a catalog. We are actively working to get as many plans as possible onto the internet, but we do not currently have plans for producing a catalog.
